1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts, services, and business relationships between Paul Grup Service (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and its clients (“Customer”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company provides construction, renovation, and cleaning services primarily within Germany.

2. Services

Paul Grup Service offers services including but not limited to:

Construction and renovation work

Interior refurbishment

Painting and finishing

Property maintenance

Residential and commercial cleaning

Post-construction cleaning

The exact scope of services is defined in the individual contract, quotation, or service agreement.

3. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations issued by Paul Grup Service are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A contract is considered concluded when:

The customer accepts a written quotation, or

The company confirms the order in writing, or

The company begins performing the service.

4. Pricing

Prices may be quoted:

As a fixed price, or

Based on hourly rates, or

Based on material and labor costs.

Unless otherwise stated:

All prices are exclusive of VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) if applicable.

Additional work requested by the client may incur extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Paul Grup Service reserves the right to:

Request advance payments

Issue partial invoices for long-term projects

Late payments may incur statutory interest according to German law (§288 BGB).

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

Provide safe access to the work site

Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available when necessary

Remove or protect valuable or fragile items

Inform the company of any structural risks or hazards

Paul Grup Service is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing structural defects or hidden conditions.

7. Changes to Work

Any requested changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing.

Such changes may result in:

Adjusted pricing

Extended project timelines

8. Completion and Acceptance

Once work is completed, the customer must inspect the services without undue delay.

If no objections are raised within 7 days, the work is considered accepted.

Minor defects do not justify refusal of acceptance if they do not significantly affect usability.

9. Warranty

Paul Grup Service provides warranty in accordance with German statutory law.

For construction-related services, the warranty period may be up to 5 years, depending on the type of work (§634a BGB).

Cleaning services are considered fulfilled upon completion unless defects are reported immediately.

10. Liability

Paul Grup Service is liable for damages only in cases of:

Intentional misconduct

Gross negligence

Injury to life, body, or health

For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

The company is not liable for:

Indirect damages

Loss of profit

Damages caused by third parties or external circumstances.

11. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:

Natural disasters

Material shortages

Government restrictions

Labor shortages

12. Termination

Both parties may terminate the contract in accordance with German civil law (§648 BGB).

If the customer terminates the contract after work has begun, the company may charge for:

Completed work

Materials already purchased

Reasonable compensation for lost profit

13. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

15. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
